Day of Appointment:
Arrival
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. This will give you a chance to relax and and for the appointment to run as smooth as possible
Hygiene
Please make sure to arrive without makeup as this can effect the materials we use and the outcome of the treatment
Cancellations & no shows
We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
